Installation Instructions

(1) Check whether the mechanical performance is good,the workbench and the bending machine table are kept level and prepare various mandrel tool blocks.

(2) According to the diameter of the processed product and the requirements of the bending machine,install the mandrel,forming shaft,stopper shaft and variable stopper.

(3) Check the axis,stop,and turntable should be undamaged ,crack-free and the protective cover should be fastened and reliable.After the idling machine is running,it is confirmed that normal visitors start.

(4) During operation,the product needs to be bent so that one end is inserted into the turntable and fixed,and the other end of the bending machine is fixed against the body and pressed by hand.Check the fixing of the body,and make sure that it can be started by pressing on the side blocking the product.

(5) It is strictly forbidden to change the mandrel,change the angle and adjust the speed during the operation,and it is not allowed to add oil or remove.

(6) When bending the product,rigorously process the product diameter,the number of strands and the mechanical rotation speed that exceed the mechanical regulations.

(7) When bending high hardness or low-alloy products,the maximum restricted diameter should be changed according,to the mechanical nameplate,and the corresponding mandrel should be exchanged.

(8) It is strictly forbidden to stand people within the working radius of the curved product and on the side where the body is not fixed.The curved semi-finished product should be neatly square,and the hook should not face upwards.

(9) When the turntable changes direction,it must be done after hearing.

(10) After the work is completed,clean the site,maintain the machinery,cut off the power and lock the box.
